Here at Brody Entertainment, we’re pretty excited about the upcoming release of Geomaze Classic to mobile platforms. I say mobile specifically because this will be a multi-platform game available for Windows, Mac and Linux pc’s, android and apple tv, and many more.
So where did the inspiration for this game come from? Well, I am a longtime puzzle fan myself. I have always enjoyed a mental challenge. Specifically, I’ve always been fascinated with labyrinths. As it turns out, I’m not the only one. Seems a lot of us find them interesting, and they’ve been around a long time. So I wanted to share This YouTube Video By Vsauce3, otherwise known as Jake Roper. It’s an extremely interesting six minute video that I’m sure you will enjoy. He discusses how mazes have been a big part of video games since the beginning, but it’s also a real eye opener in terms of how they are truly a part of human history and culture. Who would have thought!
Things are just getting rolling for Geomaze Classic, and we have so much planned for the future. Was anyone wondering why the name “classic” ? We are referring to a traditional style of labyrinth where you are bound by walls and have to find your way from start to end. Of course we went all 3D with it, introducing new shapes and 3D controls never before seen in a digital game. But there is so much more we can do with this basic concept. You guessed it, we have big plans for the Geomaze title. Here’s a little teaser of some Geomaze game titles you can expect to see in the future;

Oh yes… we will be keeping all of you busy for a long time to come 🙂 What are all these game concepts about? How and when will they be released? Stay tuned to find out!
